Pat not only did my father and step-mother taxes but she also took care of their daily bills when they both suffered from Alzheimer's. She went over to their house many times to pick up bills and bring checks over for my dad's signature. Since I and my brother and our families lived out of town, we were not able to do that. We often talked over the phone if there was an issue. I felt a kind of bond with her since I was a Senior Tax Auditor in the Treasury Department for the State of Mi. While I only audited businesses and not personal income taxes, we still had a lot in common. Pat went out of the way for her clients. Rest in peace Pat.
