Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 21, 2011, at First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL with Dr. Roger Grimmett officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery, in Coffeen, IL. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 20, 2011 & 1 hour before the Service at First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL. Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia is in charge of the arrangements. She was born on July 12, 1929, in New Holland, IL, the daughter of Archibald E. and Mildred C. (Guiser) McNeil. She married Norman Parr on 6/4/1951, Norman passed away in 1966 she later married Rev.
