Mark Lee Devall, 60, of Bloomington, Illinois, formerly of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Arcadia Care in Bloomington, IL.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, August 23, 2024, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Melvin Devall officiating. Burial with military rites will follow at Noffsinger Cemetery, Mulberry Grove, IL. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Friday, August 23, 2024, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association. Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, is in charge of arrangements. He was born August 20, 1963, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Lester Lee & Mafalda Jean (Diveley) Devall. Mark proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 1986.

He is survived by: Uncle - Carl Devall, Kappa, IL; Cousin - Melvin Devall, Pekin, IL and several other cousins, relatives, and friends.
