Wilma D. Black, 86, of Mt Zion, Illinois, passed away Friday, May 7, 2021, at Decatur Memorial Hospital, in Decatur, IL.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, May 17, 2021, at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Bob Daugherty officiating.

She was born July 31, 1934, in Kinmundy, IL, the daughter of Herman Leonard & Ruth Mae (Johnson) Wagoner. Married Robert Dale Black on June 30, 1951, in Ft. Hood, TX, he passed away April 28, 2008. She was a retired Restoration Tech - Peerless Cleaners, in Decatur, IL. The family wish to give a special thanks to Dr. Khan, the Evergreen staff, andTiffany & Jenny for all there care and kindness.
She is survived by: Daughters - Cynthia Harding & Richard and Malinda Tague & Tim, all of Decatur, IL; 11 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; and Sister - Jean Wilkerson, Edmond, OK.
Preceded in death by: Her Parents; Husband; Son - Robert Black, Jr.; Infant Daughter; and 3 Brothers.
