Ruby JoAnne Hubbard, 80, of Alexander, Arkansas, formerly of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021, at her home in Alexander, AR.

Graveside Services will be held in Vandalia at a later date. Memorials: Rankin Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital, Maryland Heights, MO 63043.

She was born May 25, 1941, in Vandalia, IL, the daughter of Grover Cleveland & Gladys Irene (Ahler) Gann. Married Melvin "Hoppy" Hopkins, he passed away October 5, 1985, later married Joseph Martin Hubbard on May 16, 1991, in Farina, IL. She was formerly the Co-owner of Hopkins Bros. Harley Davidson Sales & Service, Vandalia, IL and a former secretary at Nevco Scoreboard, Greenville, IL.

She is survived by: Husband - Joseph Hubbard, Alexander, AR; Step-Sons - Joshua Hubbard & Amy, Alexander, AR and Jared Hubbard & Jamie, Waldo, WI; and Step Grandchildren - Logan, Lanie, Faith, Hanna and Titus.

Preceded in death by: Her Parents; and First Husband.
