Rebecca "Becky" Ann (Johnson) Carroll

Rebecca Ann "Becky" Carroll, 71, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023, peacefully at her home.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday April 5, 2023, at the Liberty Christian Church, Brownstown, IL, with Pastor Doug Wotdka officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at the church. Memorials: SBL Hospice and/or the Fayette County Cancer Fund.  Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, is in charge of arrangements. Becky was born June 25, 1951, in Brownstown, IL, the daughter of Paul Robert "Pete" & Helen E. (Darnell) Johnson. She married Charles L. "Charlie” Carroll on October 18, 1975 in Brownstown, IL.  Rebecca was the co-owner of ABC Carpet and Flooring, Ramsey, IL with her husband Charlie, and she formerly worked at P. N. Hirsch Warehouse, Vandalia, IL. Becky was a member of the Liberty Christian Church, Brownstown, IL. Becky loved the outdoors, enjoyed fishing and gardening, was an avid reader, loved to cook, and most of all loved spending time with her family. 

Becky is survived by: Husband - Charles L. "Charlie" Carroll, Ramsey, IL; Sons - Tom Carroll & Kristain, Cape Girardeau, IL and Levi Carroll, Vandalia, IL; Daughters - Andria McCarty & Josh, Vandalia, IL and Kate Carroll Havera & Jim, Rochester, IL; Brother - Paul G. Johnson & Connie, Branson, MO; Sister - Heidi Wilkosz & Ray, St. Peters, MO; Grandchildren - Brenton, Everlie, Knox, and Vera. 

Preceded in death by: Parents, Brother: - Dave Johnson; and 1 Sister: Sallie Miller
