Family Graveside Services & Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M, Friday, September 4, 2020, at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, IL. Friends may gather at the cemetery at 10:30 A.M. on Friday. He was born, December 14, 1954, in Shelbyville, IL, the son of Leslie Vance & Ella Marie (Gelsinger) Lockart. His occupation was in Mining Construction, Sebree, KY and International Paper, Shelbyville, IL.

He is survived by: Brother - Cary Lockart, Shelbyville, IL; Sister - Karen Corley & Jeff, Lancaster, OH; Nephew - Quintin Corley, Lancaster, OH; Niece - Crystal Kopis & Brandon, Lancaster, OH; Great Nieces - Brynlee Marie Kopis, Lancaster, OH.
