Norman "Dale" Reindl, 93, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at his home in Ramsey, IL.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Bayle City Baptist Church, Bayle City, IL with Pastor Joe Lawson officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM on Saturday at the church. Memorials: Bayle City Baptist Church. He was born December 24, 1930, in Decatur, IL, the son of Theodore Nelson Reindl & Alma Faye (Brown) Walstrom. He married Edith Mae McClure on August 29, 1954, in Bayle City, IL. She passed away on June 13, 2020. He worked as a machinist, retiring from Graham Packaging after twenty years; served his country in the United States Air Force; and was a member at Temple Baptist Church. Dale loved Jesus and witnessed to everyone he met, and he loved spending time with his family.
Survived by: Sons - Steve Reindl & Judy, Hillsboro, IL and Tim Reindl & Cheryl, New Berlin, IL; Daughters - Cindy Huber & Stan, Coffeen, IL, Pam Kennett (Special Friend, David Swain), Hillsboro, IL, and Angela Ohms, Hillsboro, IL; 13 Grandchildren - Danielle Lee, Kristen Lee & Brian, Seth Huber & Jessie, Saul Huber & Jesse, Christopher Kennett & Jenn, Justin Kennett & Savannah, Josh Reindl & Cara, Elisa Sands & Mark, Kristi Bywater & Blake, Kyle Reindl & Jennifer, Evan Reindl, Chase Reindl, and Landon Reindl; 24 Great Grandchildren; Brother - Bob Reindl; Sister - Janet Fullmer & John, all of Decatur, IL.
Preceded in death by: Parents; Wife; Step-father – Clarence Walstrom; Great Grandson - Simeon; one Brother – Lee Reindl; and two Sisters – Barbara Brown and Nedra Henne.
