May Della Probst, 90, of Vandalia, Illinois, formerly of Bingham, Illinois, passed away Monday, August 12, 2019, at Sweetbriar Retirement Home, Vandalia, Illinois.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL, with Rev. Everett Shaw, officiating. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Fillmore, IL. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, August 16, 2019, at the funeral home and 1 hr. prior to the service on Saturday. Memorials: Lighthouse Pregnancy Center, Vandalia, Illinois. She was born May 21, 1929, in Vera, Illinois, the daughter of Albert & Minnie Henrietta (Kresin) Hoffman. Married Paul Raymond Probst on September 21, 1950, Bayle City, Illinois, he passed away December 27, 2017. She was a homemaker; member of First Church of God, Vandalia, Illinois - Canaan Chapel, Rural Bingham, Illinois; Bingham/Ramsey HCE & TOPS; and Fayette County Home Extension, 55 years. 

She is survived by: Sons - Dr. Alan Probst & Christy, Fillmore, IL, Dr. Bruce Probst & Dr. Laurel, Belvidere, IL and Dr. Keith Probst & Donna, Estherville, IA; Daughter - Rhonda Jacobs & Bill, Chatham, IL; Brother - Wendell Hoffman & Arlene, Vandalia, IL; Sister - Evelyn Probst, Ramsey, IL; 15 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren, and 2 on the way. 

Preceded in death by: Parents and Husband.
