Lonny Ray Primas, 78, of Mulberry Grove, Illinois, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2022, at SBL Fayette County Hospital, ER, in Vandalia, IL.

He was born March 29, 1944, in Granite City, IL, the son of Lawrence & Kathryn Elizabeth (Cragg) Primas. He was a retired farmer and mechanic; U.S. Army Veteran; and Affiliated with the Lutheran Faith. Lonny enjoyed bird hunting. 

He is survived by: Sons - Chris Primas & Kristi, Troy, IL, Robby Primas & Levina, Staunton, IL, Shawn Primas & Sheri, Marine, IL, Jamie Primas & Amanda, Biloxi, MI, and Patrick Primas & Jamie, Woodriver, IL; Brother - Larry Primas & Janice, Maryville, IL; Special Friend - Kathy Seago, Carlyle, IL; 19 Grandchildren - Curt, Cody, Kara, Dustin, Tony, Lonnie, Robbie, Kylee, Hunter, Ashley, Tyler, Taylor, Billy, Evan, Amelia, Lilya, Avarie, Savannah and Kayli; and 12 Great Grandchildren - Grayson, Nolan, Molly, Madalyn, Luca, R.J., Winnie, Nevaeha, Shane, Kadyn, Karson and Kennedy. 

Preceded in death by: His Parents.
