Juanita J. Kidd, 86, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Monday, January 15, 2018, in St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 22, 2018, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Robert Weaver, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, January 22, 2018, at the funeral home.
She was born May 12, 1931, in Vandalia, IL, the daughter of Cecil Kidd & Hazel G. (Diveley) Kidd McDonald. She was the former Owner/Operator of The Patio, Vandalia, IL; affiliated with the Baptist and Methodist Faiths; Former member of the Vandalia Country & Golf Club and Vandalia Women of the Moose.
She is survived by: Son - Doug Krutsinger & Jane, Centralia, IL; Daughter - Sheila Kinney and Toni Brown & Eddie, both of Vandalia, IL; Half Brother - Jim Kidd & Pricilla, Chicago, IL; Half-Sister - Patty Sprehe, Vandalia, IL; 5 Grandchildren: Jennifer Cain & Scott, Patoka, IL, Kim Hart & Sonny, Centralia, IL, Brittany Myers & Austin, San Antonio, TX, Taylor Brown, Effingham and Jordan Shore & Drew, Charleston, IL; 8 Great Grandchildren - Jered, Jaelyn & Jesse Cain, Elizabeth, Emily & Elaina Hart, Davis & Dresdin Myers and one on the way.
Preceded in death by: Parents; Special Friend - Richard Hess; Brother - Jack Kidd; Half-Sister - Sandy Coffelt.
