JoAnn A. Hulskotter, 87 of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2020, at Missouri Baptist Hospital St. Louis, MO.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 2, 2020, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Vandalia, with Pastor Michael Mohr officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery Vandalia, IL, Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time at the Church, Memorials: Holy Cross Lutheran Church,. She was born, March 10, 1933 the daughter of Louis Henry Spenner & Alice (Wacker) Spenner. Married Paul Rothe, he passed away in 1974, Frank McKinney, he passed away in1997, John Hulskotter, he passed away 2010. She was former secretary for Rothe John Deere and later Poly-Pac and a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Vandalia, IL. JoAnn had a special fondness for animals, loving family pets especially cats and dogs, and a green thumb, creating many beautiful flower gardens.
She is survived by: Son - Alan Rothe & Julie, Foristell, MO; Grandsons- Paul Rothe and Matthew Rothe & Katie; Great Grandchildren - Presley & Michael.
Preceded in death by: Her parents, 3 Husbands.
