James T. "Tim" Franklin, 48 of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021, at his home.

Born, March 19, 1972 in Vandalia, IL., the son of Jim L. & Karen J. (Ray) Franklin. Tim had a passion for operating heavy equipment and was a truck driver for Putnam Trucking in Effingham, IL. Member of The Ramsey Christian Church, Ramsey, IL.

Survived by: The love of his life for 15 years - Alice M. Claycomb, Ramsey, IL; Step son - Jace Claycomb, Ramsey, IL; Parents - Jim & Karen Franklin, Ramsey, IL; Brother - Kris Franklin & Brooke, Washington, DC; and 3 Nephews - Matthew, Nicholas & Johnathan and 1 Niece - Caroline.

Preceded in death by: Grandparents - Louie & Josephine Franklin and Morris & Nina Ray.
