He was born December 10, 1947, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Lee E. & Mildred I. (Vaughn) England. Married Chrystle R. Manion October 4, 1970, . He was a Construction Contractor. Retired from R.P.Lumber Co. Member of Hagarstown Baptist Church and VCHS Class of 1966.
He is survived by: Wife - Chrystle R. England, Vandalia, IL; Daughters - Christy England, Tallahassee, FL and Sharon Kates , Minier, IL: Sisters - Emma Brashear & Charles, Normal, IL and Betty Mehlenbeck, Normal, IL
3 Grandchildren. - Daniel, John & Miranda.
