Bernadine Coulter, 90, of Oregon, Illinois, formerly of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at Oregon Living & Rehab Center, Oregon, IL.
Due to COVID-19 health concerns a Private Graveside Service and Interment will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, April 2, 2020, at Liberty Cemetery, Bingham, Illinois, with Pastor Harry Kirk, officiating. Born March 13, 1930, in Paw Paw, IL, the daughter of John Riley & Verda Elizabeth (Enbaugh) Hicks. Married Robert Lawrence Coulter on June 8, 1946, in DeKalb, IL. She was a Homemaker and affiliated with Methodist Faith.
Survived by: Sons - Robert Coulter & Mary, Oregon, IL and William Coulter & Sandra, Athens, AL; Daughter - Bridgette Carraher, Belvidere, IL; 10 Grandchildren; 30 Great Grandchildren; and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Preceded in death by: Parents; Husband; Brothers - Melvin & Larry; and Sisters - Roseliean, Jean & Marge.
