Wilma D. Black, 86, of Mt Zion, Illinois, passed away Friday, May 7, 2021, at Decatur Memorial Hospital, in Decatur, IL. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, May 17, 2021, at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Bob Daugherty officiating. Married Robert Dale Black on June 30, 1951, in Ft. Hood, TX, he passed away April 28, 2008. She was a retired Restoration Tech - Peerless Cleaners, in Decatur, IL.
