Wilma I. Meyer, 92, of Upland, Indiana, formerly of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away at home on Monday, January 30, 2023, in Upland, IN.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL. Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 4th, one hour prior the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at McInturff Cemetery, Rural Vandalia, IL. She was born August 24, 1930, in East Alton, IL, the daughter of William Jennings Bryan & Velma Marie (Roberts) Swofford. She married Theo "Ted" Burnell Meyer on December 23, 1950, in Vandalia, IL, he passed away on March 29, 2009. Wilma was a homemaker and she loved spending time with the family.

She is survived by: Sons - Ed Meyer, Dennis Meyer and Alan Meyer, all of Clovis, NM; Daughter - Barbara Branstetter, Upland, IN; Brothers - Donald "Gene" Swofford & Leotha, Vandalia, IL and Harold Swofford, Mulberry Grove, IL; 9 Grandchildren; and 20 Great Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: Her Parents; Husband; 5 Brothers; and 2 Sisters.
