William "Bill" R. Rainey, 85, of Ramsey, IL, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016, in Ramsey, IL.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, September 23, 2016, at Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey, IL, with the Pastors Harry Kirk and Terry Sapp, officiating. Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery, in Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL. Memorials: Ramsey Christian Church and/or Friends and Families of Fayette County Hospital.

He was born May 15, 1931, in Ramsey, IL, the Son of Tony Everett Beck and Lydia Elizabeth (Rainey) Beck. He married Shirley Beatrice Miller on September 19, 1953, in Vandalia, IL. He was a Retired Farmer and former Owner/Operator Rainey Trucking, Ramsey, IL.

He is survived by: Wife - Shirley, Ramsey, IL; Son - Randy Rainey & Charlotte and Daughter - Tenna Clements, all of Ramsey, IL; Grandchildren - Missy Ice & Feron, Salem, IL, Kristin Hawker & Noah, Pana, IL, Nick Rainey, Peoria, IL and Shaunna Rainey, Ramsey, IL; Great Grandchildren - Griffin & Zander Hawker and Brantley Ice.

Preceded in death by: Parents.
