Willena Swain "Billie", 94, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019, at Sweetbriar Retirement Home in Vandalia, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Vandalia, with Pastor Michael Mohr officiating.Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery Vandalia, IL.Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 19, 2019, before service at the church. She was born Monday, October 12, 1925, in Teresita, KY. Married John OthaSwain on August 16, 1945, Piggott, AR, John passed away July 6, 1991.Billie was a retired Seal Assembler at John Crane Packing, Vandalia, IL; Member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and Ladies Society, American Legion Auxiliary and 8 & 40 Salon #375, all of Vandalia, IL.

The warmth of her smile and joy of her laugh were always abundant when graced with her presence.
