Wayne was born on February 26, 1946, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Frank Meier and Hazel L. (Albert) Stevenson. He was a retired Molder for Crane Packing, Vandalia,IL, a U.S. Navy veteran and affiliated with the Methodist faith. He is survived by his Mother: Hazel Stevenson, Vandalia, IL; Daughters: Serena Johnes, Toledo, OH, Dawn Nelson & Keith, Webster Groves, MO & Mary Beth Stevenson, Vandalia, IL Brother: Toby Stevenson, Shobonier, IL; Grandchildren: Scott, Adrian, Hailey, Patrick, Mykala, Sydney & Charlie.
