Vaughn Francis Vincent, 73, of Lake of the Ozarks, MO, passed away Monday, January 13, 2025, at his home.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Rural Ramsey, IL with Rev. Gary Bauerle officiating. Private burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Rural Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the church. Memorials: Mt. Carmel Cemetery. He was born October 31, 1951, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Victor Dale & Evelyn Mae (Craig) Vincent. He married Virginia (Adams) Hipsher in 1974, and she passed away in September of 2024. He worked for AT&T for 30 years and later installed fiber optic networks for Axon. He also continued to do consulting for AT&T, until his passing. He liked boating on the lake and enjoyed volunteering with the Elks and the Share the Harvest Food Pantry.

Survived by: Daughter - Stephanie Vincent; Step-Sons - Bryan Hipsher, Roger Hipsher, and Troy Hipsher; 11 Grandchildren; Several Great Grandchildren; Sister - Carol Calvert & Bob; and Brother - Todd Vincent & Debbie.

Preceded in death by: Parents; Wife; and Sister - Vicki Vincent.
