Tonya Janeen Runge, age 65, of Ramsey, IL, passed away Monday, February 2, 2026, at SBL Fayette County Hospital, in Vandalia, IL.

Tonya was born July 25, 1960, in Centralia, Illinois, the daughter of John Goodin and Maxine (Stubblefield) Goodin. She married Laverne Runge on November 22, 1995, in Vandalia, IL. Tonya was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband; Laverne Runge, daughter; Amanda Goodin, son; Matthew Stoffel, step-son; Bryan Runge, step-daughters; Torieta Hoover and Jodie Blackley, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren, sisters; Dianna Clift and Mary Kay Goldsmith, brother; Jeff Goodin, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Miller Funeral Home, in Vandalia, IL, officiated by Pastor Rodney Caswell. Burial will follow at Pratt Cemetery in rural Patoka, IL. A visitation will be held prior to the service, from 11:00AM to 1:00PM also at Miller Funeral Home.
