Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 13, 2013, at Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey, IL, with the Rev. Joe Lawson officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, 1 hr. prior to the service, at Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL. She was born on September 03, 1956, in Henderson, KY, the Daughter of Bernard E. Hall and Ethel M. (Gibson) Hall Guinn. She married Franklin L. Shellenbarger, he passed away November 25, 1995. Thelma was formerly employed at Signature Label, Vandalia, IL and was a Homemaker. She is survived by: Father: Bernard E. Hall, Ramsey, IL; Son: Travis Shellenbarger and Megan, Ramsey, IL; Daughters: Elissa Davis and Brandy Shellenbarger, both of Ramsey, IL, Melanie Tipsword and Tavis, Auburn, IL, and Michelle Jarrell and Casey, Florissant, MO.; Sisters: Teresa Tyson and Michael, Providence, KY and Debbie Kirk and Glenn, Marion, KY; Brother: Darrell Guinn and Janna, Providence, KY; and 9 Grandchildren. Preceded in death by: Mother and Husband.
