He was a retired laborer and had been employed with Norfolk & Western Railroad, Old Capitol Monument, Fork lift Operator for Poly Pak and a former Police Officer in Lovington, IL. Steven was a U.S. Marine Veteran.He loved playing pool, fishing, and golfing with his family. He is survived by: Wife - Rose M. Fisher, Vandalia, IL; Son - Steven E.
