Steven D. Bohner, 73, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Monday, February 6, 2023, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 13, 2023, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Tom Goodell officiating. Inurnment will be in the First United Methodist Church Columbarium, Vandalia, IL. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home. He was born February 14, 1949, in Centralia, IL, the son of William J. & Beverly P. (Skipper) Bohner. Married Patti M. Adams on January 12, 1990. He was a retired Casework Supervisor for Illinois Department of Corrections; U.S. Army Veteran; Member of Temperance Lodge #16, A.F.A.M., Vandalia, IL; and affiliated with the First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL.

He is survived by: Wife - Patti Bohner, Vandalia, IL; Brothers - Gary Bohner & Teresa, Decatur, IL and Brian Bohner & Paula, Mt. Zion, IL; Sister - Shelley Aderman & Dwight, Decatur, IL; and Several Nephews & Nieces.
