Sandra Kay Cook, age 77, of Ramsey, IL, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at the Rose Garden of Pana, in Pana IL.

Sandra was born March 15, 1949 the daughter of Captain Leigh and Betty Jane (Williams) Leigh in rural Herrick, IL. She later married Billy Joe Cook on December 24, 1966 in Ramsey, IL. He passed away on February 25, 2017. Sandra and her husband owned Cook's store in Ramsey and worked there for many years. She also worked at the Ramsey Cafe for a time. She had strong ties with the Ramsey First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons; Kenny (Wendy) Cook, and Kal Jon (Cassandra) Cook, her grandchildren; Kyle (Rachel) Cook, Koester Cook, Kaden Cook, Kennady Cook, Kalasandra Cook, Kelli Cook, Kora Cook, and Karson Cook, her great grandchild; Kenzley Cook, and her 6 siblings.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Joe Cook, and 3 siblings.

At Sandra's request cremation rights will be honored and she will be buried at a later date at Bolt Cemetery in Ramsey, IL. Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL is in charge of arrangements. Online memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.millerfh.net.
