Russell L. Osborne, 80, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016, in Effingham, IL.

He was born August 15, 1936, in Quincy, IL, the son of Joseph Elijah & Elsie (Elam) Osborne. He was a retired Printer for Phillips Bros., Springfield, IL; a Veteran of the US Marine Corps., and Member of Theosophical Society of America.

He is survived by: Daughters - Melody Neeley & T.J., Saint Elmo, IL and Selena White & Darren, Effingham, IL; Son - Jamie Russell Osborne, Vandalia, IL; and Grandchildren - Eric & Sarah, Hannah, Grace, Ella, Anna & Rebekah.

Preceded in death by: Parents; Sister - Selena Meador.
