Roy I. Bell, 82, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Sunday, October 06, 2013, in Vandalia, IL. Private Family Service will be held at a later date at Griffith Cemetery, RFD Brownstown. He was born March 01, 1931, in Hamilton, MO, the son of Hugh & Opal (Kilburn) Bell. He was retired from Fedders Corp., Effingham, IL. and a US Army Veteran. He is survived by: Son - Terry Bell & Heather, Greenville, IL; Daughter - Tonya Bell, Nashville, TN; 5 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren; and many extended family members. Preceded in death by: Parents; Daughter - Karen Himes; Brother - Paul Bell.
