Rose M. Hagen, 80, of Chicago, IL, formerly of Shobonier, IL, died on Monday, January 2, 2012 in her home. Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 PM, Saturday, January 14, 2012, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL , with Rev. Joe Lawson officiating. Private Interment of ashes will be at a later date. Visitation will be held from 12:00, Noon to 1:30 PM Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL . Rose was born on March 23, 1931, in Caruthersville, MO, the daughter of Earl Irving and Mary Virginia (Tompkin) Phillips Sr. She married Charles A. Hagen on October 22, 1947 in Caruthersville, MO. Charles passed away on July 27, 2000. Rose was a retired Tester at Best Food's. Rose is survived by 3 Grandchildren: Ryan Delaney, Christina Mauro & Michael Delaney all of Chicago, IL; 3 Great Grandchildren: Lily, James & Francis. She is preceded in death by Parents, Husband, 1 Daughter-Donna Delaney, 3 Brothers & 2 Sisters.
