Ronald "Ron" "Shorty" Ted Lehr, 79, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022, St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Memorial Services will be held at 7:00 PM, Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Ramsey Christian Church, Ramsey, IL with Pastor Larry Daniel officiating. MasonicRites will follow the memorial service. Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery, Fillmore, IL, at a later date. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Ramsey Christian Church, Ramsey, IL. Born January 18, 1943, in Granite City, IL, the son of Otto T. & Ila Jean (Smith) Lehr. Married Wanda Sue Ballard on December 31, 1964, in Ramsey, IL, she passed away October 24, 2020. He worked at Ralston-Purina for 42 years; Ramsey Community School District Crossing Guard for 10 years; Member of Ramsey Christian Church, Ramsey, IL; Pana Masonic Lodge and O.E.S. Chapter 110, Effingham, IL.

Survived by: Son - Scott Lehr & Patti, Ramsey, IL; Daughters - Julie Hayes, Irvington, IL and Jodi Stark & Todd, Pana, IL; Grandchildren - Ashley, Matthew, Amy, Kera, Jeremy, Nicole and Rebecca; Great Grandchildren - Ella, Isabella, Hailey, Xzavea, Juella, Hayden, Mason, Hunter, Marley, Chloe, Sadie, June, Maggie, River and Orin; Great Great Grandchild - Ryliegh; and Sister - Connie Kessler, Stewardson, IL.
