Roger Lee Otto, 68, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024, at his home in Ramsey, IL.

Born on August 2, 1955, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Anthony George Otto and Mary Louise Ulbright. Married Cynthia Lee Hill on August 4, 2000 in Fillmore, IL. He worked for Purina Mills as a Stacker Operator and was a member of Fillmore Baptist Church.
