Robert W. Ritchey, 73, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL .

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday at Griffith Cemetery Rural Brownstown, IL ,, with Charlie Watson officiating. Friends & Family will gather at 12:00 PM * before the service at the Cemetery. Memorials: Donor's Choice.

He was born July 06, 1941, in Bluff City, IL, the son of Cecil Franklin & Alice Marie (Beck) Ritchey. Married Sharon Kay Blankenship December 27, 1962 in Vandalia, IL. She passed away March 22, 2003. Robert was a retired Locksmith Instructor for the IL Dept... of Corrections and an Ordained Minister.

He is survived by: 2 Sons - Franklin Ritchey & Melinda, Louisville, IL, Russel Ritchey & Rebecca, Vandalia, IL; Sister - Alice Faye Watson & Charlie, Vandalia, IL; Grandchildren- Natalie, Gerald & Annastascia and 4 Great Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: His parents, wife, 2 brothers and grandson, Zachary.
