Richard B. Tinker, age 47, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. He was surrounded by his wife, kids and dogs, and had the opportunity to say goodbye to his mom just hours before.

He loved each of his three kids, his wife, his mom, all of his family, and of course, his dogs. He worked hard to make a good life for his family. Richard loved to play guitars and had a beautiful collection of them.

He was loved absolutely and will be missed just as much.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, March 9, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to Warrior Nation Cancer Foundation and/or Fayette County Cancer Fund. Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, is in charge of arrangements.
