He was born February 8, 1958, in Watervliet, MI, the son of Royce & Madeline (Causey) Evans. Married Donna Kay Burks Evans on August 4, 1979, Vandalia, IL. He was a self employed Truck Driver and a former member of Vandalia Moose Lodge #1447,

He is survived by: Wife - Donna Kay Evans, Vandalia, IL; 3 Daughters - Brandi Miller & Cody, and Misty Dothager & Terry, Vandalia, IL, Lisa Fruhling, Caruthersville, MO; Grandchildren - Kyle Miller, Peyton & Raegan Dothager, Andrew, Austin & Carson Pendergrass; 3 Great Grandchildren; Sisters - Margie & the late Carl Litaker, Louisville, IL and Betty Litaker & friend, Mike Pryor, Vernon, IL; Brothers - Curtis Evans and Bob Evans & Lori, both of TX and Charlie Evans & Retta, Jerry Evans & Tracy, and Donald & Wesley Evans, all of Vandalia, IL; Several Nephews & Nieces.
