Rex Leroy Moreland, 72, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022,in Rural Ramsey, IL.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 23, 2022, at Ramsey Cemetery, Ramsey, IL with Pastor Matt Philbrick officiating. Rex was born December 1, 1949, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Leroy Edward & Juanita Evelyn (Spears) Moreland. He was a retired equipment operator Local 520, and member of Vandalia Moose Lodge #1447. Rex had a passion for coon dogs, fox houndsandhunting.

Survived by: Sons - Todd Moreland & Lisa, Ramsey, IL and Jeremy Moreland, Mulberry Grove, IL; Grandson - Jaxon Moreland, Ramsey, IL; Sisters - Judy & Harold Bauman and Dana Moreland, all of Vandalia, IL, and Carolyn & Perry Paddock, Peggy & Ben Hunt, and Cindy & Jeff Blackburn, all of Ramsey, IL.
