Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 28, 2016, at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, with Winfred Morrison, officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Thursday, April 28, 2016, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL. Memorials: Fayco Enterprises and/or Randolph House, both of Vandalia, IL.

He was born February 11, 1922, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Charlie & Della (Radcliffe) Low. He was a retired Accountant for the US Government, Washington, DC and was a former member of Vandalia Lions Club and First Christian Church, Vandalia, IL.

He is survived by: Son - John D. Low & wife, Marsha Greenberg, Olney, MD;
Grandchildren - Robert C. Low, Houston, TX and Seth D. Low, Rockville, MD
and Sister - Marguerite Karl, Decatur, IL.

Preceded in death by: Parents; 1 Son - Scott Low.
