Randall Kent Milligan Sr., 81, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024, at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Ramsey Cemetery, Ramsey, IL with Pastor David Russell officiating. He was born July 31, 1943, in Kankakee, IL, the son of William Carl & Doris (Durrell) Milligan. He married Joyce Ann Rhodes on April 15, 1967, in Wilmington, IL. He was retired from GSI in Assumption, IL. He was a mechanic and carpenter. He loved to work on cars, and there was nothing that he couldn't build. He and Joyce enjoyed camping with their friends.

Survived by: Wife - Joyce Milligan; Son - Randy Milligan Jr. & Jennifer; Daughter - Tracy Shafer, all of Ramsey, IL; Grandchildren - Dylan Shafer & Hallie and Dalton Milligan; Great Grand Child - Liam Shafer; Special Extended Family - Loretta, Virgil, & Tammy Rhodes, Alice Williams, Shirley & Jim Dial, and several Nieces & Nephews; Special Friends - Janey & Al White and Janet Fitzpatrick.
