She was born August 16, 1950, in Vandalia, IL, the daughter of Wallace & Audrey F. (Denning) Torbeck. Married Stanley Casey September 13, 1968, in Vandalia, IL, later married Walter Schroedel, March 13, 1998, in Edwardsville, IL. He passed away September 17, 1999. She was a former Beautician and affiliated with the Lutheran Faith. She is survived by: Daughters - Paula Bartz & Troy, and Amber Kalaher & Chad, both of Hillsboro, IL; Brothers - Marion Torbeck & Roslyn, Vernon, IL, Stephen Torbeck & Patty, Shobonier, IL; Sister - Frances Cole & Keith, Vandalia, IL, Grandchildren - Spencer, Meagan & Garrett.
