Orland N. Autenrieth, 87, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021, at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, November 15, 2021, at Parkview Free Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Ana Harrell and Dr. Ward Sussenbach, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, November 15, 2021, 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials: Parkview Free Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL.

He was born May 16, 1934, in Rhineland, MO, the son of Edgar Marvin & Velma Ruth (Medlock) Autenrieth. He married Violet Marie Adams on September 9, 1956, in Sedalia, MO, she passed away November 23, 2012. He was a retired farmer; US Army Veteran; and member of Parkview Free Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL.

He is survived by: Son - David Autenrieth & Katie, Sierra Madre, CA; Daughter - Cynthia Autenrieth, Vandalia, IL; Grandchildren - David Michael Autenrieth & Abby, John Levi Autenrieth and Jay Sullivan; Brother - Eldon Autenrieth & Barbara, Mt. Vernon, IL; and Sister - Juanita Tschudy & Jim, Oswego, NY.

Preceded in death by: His Parents; Wife; Daughter - Janice Sullivan; and Brothers - Merlin at Infancy and LeRoy Autenrieth.
