Norman Lee Stout, 87, of Fillmore, Illinois, passed away Monday, March 18, 2024, at Hillsboro Area Hospital in Hillsboro, Illinois.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 22, 2024, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Rural Ramsey, IL, with Pastor Joe Lawson officiating. He was born January 17, 1937, in Ramsey, IL, the son of Louie G. & Edith Pauline (Craig) Stout. He married Judy M. Floberg on May 5, 1962, in Sandwich, IL. He was a retired truck driver for National Transport and was a former member of the Teamsters Union.

He is survived by: Wife - Judy Stout, Fillmore, IL; Daughters - Norma Morgan, Herrick, IL, Natalie Stout, Greenville, IL and Nancy Stites, Fillmore, IL; Brother - David Stout & Diana, Plano, IL; Sisters - Florence Keay, Plano, IL and Veda Stout, Ramsey, IL; 7 Grandchildren; 7 - Great Grandchildren and 1 on-the-way.

Preceded in death by: His Parents; Brothers - Bobby and Joe; Sister - Judy Lynn Crouch; and 3 Grandchildren.
