Neil F. Clark, 84, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Monday, October 23, 2023, at Vandalia Rehab & Healthcare Center in Vandalia, IL.

He was born January 25, 1939, the son of Wayne H. Sr. & Grace Beauchamp (Motley) Clark. He was owner/operator and broadcaster at the WPMB/WKRV radio station in Vandalia, IL; he attended New Hartford Christian Church in his younger years; was a former alderman; and enjoyed playing music.

He is survived by: Son - Judson Clark, Conifer, CO; Brother - B. John Clark & Brenda, Vandalia, IL; and several Nieces and Nephews.

Preceded in death by: His Parents and Brother - Wayne H. Clark Jr.
