Misty Elizabeth Miller-Arseneau, 42, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024, at her home in Ramsey, IL.

She was born August 6, 1981, in Vandalia, IL, the daughter of Dale Edward & Joan Marie (Miller) Eller. She married Raymond David Arseneau on March 4, 2003, in Mattoon, IL. She worked as a registered nurse and often volunteered at Second Chance Animal Rescue. She enjoyed watching her sons play baseball. She loved going thrift store shopping with her mom, Joan. Then, when Joan passed away, she loved to go with Jordan. She loved spending time with her grandson.

Survived by: Father - Dale Edward Eller; Husband - Ray Arseneau, Ramsey, IL; Daughter - Jordan Marie Holliday & Quentin, Vandalia, IL; Sons - Matthew Joseph Arseneau and Adam David Arseneau, both of Ramsey, IL; Grand Child - Dylan Christopher Holliday; Aunt - Jean Wodtka & Dallas; Uncle - Joe Miller, all of Ramsey, IL; Mother and Father-In-Law – Carol & David Arseneau, Loda, IL; Brother-In-Law – Jed Arseneau, Terre Houte, IN.
