Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 18, 2019, at First Baptist Church of Ramsey, Ramsey, Illinois, with Rev's Edmund Hill and Jeff Shouse, officiating. Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery, Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the church. Memorials: First Baptist Church of Ramsey. Born January 27, 1926, in Bayle City, IL, the daughter of Francis Ray & Thelma Etta (Brown) Nave. Married Fred Albert Pilger August 10, 1946, he passed away October 20, 1975, married Howard E. Steward, June 16, 1979, he passed away October 20, 1998, married James R. "Jim" Jenkins, May 15, 2002, he passed away September 3, 2009. She was a homemaker and retired Administrative Clerk at St. Louis Community College. May Belle was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, Bonne Terre, MO; Bonne Terre Garden Club and Country Club.

Survived by: Son - Steve Pilger & Marie, Saint Charles, MO; 9 Step Children; Grandchildren - Zach, Josh, Eric, Maggie and Annette; 6 Great Grandchildren; Many Step Grand and Great Grandchildren; Brother - Lee Nave & Carol, Hazelwood, MO; and Sisters - Arlene Hoffman & Wendell, Vandalia, IL and Nancy Paradee, Ramsey, IL.
