Maxine L. (Stokes) Eller, 86, of Wheeler, Illinois, formerly of Bingham, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Lakeland Rehab & Healthcare Center in Effingham, Illinois.

Born June 8, 1936, in Rural Ramsey, IL, the daughter of Virgil Ralph & Goldie Evelyn (Jackson) Stokes. She married Cecil Don Eller on February 9, 1952, in Pocahontas, AR, they had a 67-year marriage until December 1, 2018 when God called Cecil home. She was a devoted wife, homemaker, and mother to four children. Throughout her life, she thought of others before thinking of herself; a simple woman living out a simple faith before her God and family. She is loved and missed by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. "Well done thou good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of the Lord." Matthew 25:21

Survived by: Sons - Don Eller & Linda and David Eller & Joyce; Daughter - Kelli Hill & Justin; Grandchildren; Great Grandchildren.
