Born December 7, 1981, in Decatur, IL, the son of Jefferey Allen Casey & Patricia Lynne (Donaldson) Casey. He was a Correctional Officer at Graham Correctional Center, Hillsboro, IL.

Survived by: Father – Jeff Casey & Jan, Vandalia, IL; Mother – Patricia Casey, Ramsey, IL; Sisters – Megan McDowell & Heath and Hannah Konrad & Aaron, all of Vandalia, IL; Children – Dezsiree Monroe & Matt, Jaydah, Devalyn, Japheth, Noelan and Alexis Casey; and Maternal Grandparents – Don Donaldson & Betty, Ramsey, IL.
