He was born November 8, 1969, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Gale L. & Rosetta B. (Hatfill) Diveley. Married Tonya Sue Schukar on January 24, 2009, in Vandalia, IL. Mark was a welder by trade, and a damn good one. He began with the Boilermakers Union which led him to the Plumbers & Pipefitters Union, Local 137, until he was no longer able to work in 2012. He was born and raised around Vandalia but worked all over the country. Most knew him as just "Diveley", a hellion but with a big heart.. He was Tonya's "Superman". Each spring he was known to troll Facebook with pictures of mushrooms, that he didn't find. He loved spending time with family and friends, riding his Harley, working on classic cars and most especially watching his boys play sports. His poker face, sense of humor and huge laugh, will be greatly missed. Mark was truly "One of a Kind."
He is survived by: Wife - Tonya Diveley, Ramsey, IL; Mother - Rosetta Diveley, Vandalia, IL; Sons - Levi Diveley, Vandalia, IL, Dalton Diveley, Ramsey, IL and Kyle Myers & Paige, Ramsey, IL; Brother - Mike Diveley & Vicky, Vandalia, IL; Sister - Missy Mathis & Tim, Shelbyville, IL; Father In-Law - Marlin "Mo" Schukar, St. Peter, IL; Grandchildren - Bentyn Diveley, Vandalia, IL, and Jaxon, Jadyn and Jonah Myers, Ramsey, IL; Several Cousins, Uncles, Aunts, Nephews and Nieces.
