Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, with the Rev. Joe Lawson officiating. A, Carbondale, IL 62901. She was born January 15, 1913, in Washington, IN, the daughter of William Carl & Carrie (Wagner) Raymann. Married Harold G. Newton on June 24, 1939, Washington, IN. He passed away February 11, 1984. She was a retired Hostess from Robbins Restaurant, Vandalia, IL, a member of First Baptist Church, Cameo Club and Womens Club, all of Vandalia, IL. She is survived by: Son: Don Newton, Vandalia, IL; Daughter: Diane Rebbe and fiance` John Bauer, Bingham, IL; Grandchildren: Marsha, Jason, Trisha, Joel & Wife, Donna; Great Grandchildren: Nicole, Jacob, Quentin, Alec, Derek, Chase & Jaren. Preceded in death by: Parents; Husband; Son: Gary Newton, August 1998; and Son In-law, Chris Rebbe.
