Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 22, 2014, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, with Rev. Loren File, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM,(1 hr. before service) Thursday, May 22, 2014, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL. Memorials: American Heart Association. She was born August 17, 1926, in rural Hagarstown, Bear Grove Twp., Fayette Co., IL, the daughter of Wren & Lula Carrie Jane (Oldham) Osborne. Married Carl G. Manley on September 28, 1945, in St. Elmo. He passed away December 9, 1964. She later married Harry Geibel on June 15, 1973, in Vandalia. He passed away December 10, 1992. She was a retired Floor Supervisor at Princess Peggy Dress Factory, Vandalia, IL & a Member of Hagarstown Baptist Church, Hagarstown, IL. She is survived by: Sons - Larry Manley & Judy Brazle and Keith Manley & Janet, both of Vandalia, IL, and Randy Manley & Holly, Paducah, KY; Daughters - Linda Hagy & Gary, Brownstown, IL, & Karen Manley, Cleveland, TN; Step-Son - Carl Manley, Dickinson, TX; 11 Grandchildren, Several Great Grandchildren & 6 Great Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by: Parents; Husbands; & 1 Brother - Willie Osborne.
