Ella Lucella "Lucy" Ballard, 89, of Ramsey, IL, died on Sunday, January 24, 2016 at her home in Ramsey, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey, IL, with the Pastor Harry Kirk officiating. Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery, in Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, * before the service* Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL. Memorials: Fayette County Hospice and/or American Heart Association.

She was born January 22, 1927, in Ramsey, IL, the Daughter of Homer and Ella Faye (Casey) Teter. She married Kenneth Newal Ballard, March 25, 1944 in Ramsey, IL. He passed away July 18, 1977. Lucella was a former Meat Cutter at Staff's IGA, Cook in the Ramsey Community Schools, Assistant in the Pro Shop at Ramsey Lake Golf Course and a member of First Baptist Church all of Ramsey, IL

She is survived by 2 Sons - Kenneth E. Ballard Sr. & Velma, Murel Ballard & Cheryl, all of Ramsey, IL; Daughters - Sue Lehr & Ron, Ramsey, IL and Nancy Hopkins, Springfield, IL; 10 Grandchildren; 20 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren; Step-Sister - Dorothy (Anderson) Davis & Orban, Bingham, IL

Preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Son, Burel in 2004, 3 Brother and 3 Sister
