Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 31, 2015, at Ramsey Cemetery in Ramsey, IL with Military Rites. Pastor Harry Kirk will be officiating. Friends and family may gather at the cemetery at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday. Memorials: First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL. He was born November 20, 1943, in Ramsey, IL, the son of Louie Ray and Naomi (Turner) Moreland. Eddie was a former Barber at McCarty Barber Shop; guard at the Vandalia Correctional Center, Vandalia, IL; a member of Ducks Unlimited; U.S. Navy Veteran; Crawford Hale American Legion Post #95, Vandalia, IL; and a member of First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL. He is survived by: Brother - Bobby Moreland, Vandalia, IL; Sister - Mary Estes, Ramsey, IL; and Several Nephews & Nieces. Preceded in death by: Parents; 1 Brother - Tommy Moreland & 1 Sister - Helen Oakley.
